Our Spokane Story
Cedarline Windows was founded right here in Spokane, Washington, out of a desire to bring genuine craftsmanship and rigorous building science back to the window replacement industry. Too many local homeowners were receiving superficial retrofit inserts that trapped water inside framing cavities or drafted within a couple of winters.
Operating from our downtown headquarters at 811 W 2nd Ave, we decided to do things the right way: prioritizing proper rough opening framing, integrated water management systems, and superior glass packages engineered specifically for Eastern Washington's climate.
Craftsmanship You Can Feel
We measure our success not by sales volume, but by draft-free rooms, silent interiors, and glowing recommendations from neighbors across the Spokane region.
Committed to the Spokane Community
From restoring historic residences in Browne's Addition to equipping modern new construction throughout Spokane Valley, we take pride in upgrading the architectural fabric and energy resilience of our Inland Northwest communities.
